How did you get into fitness?
Pro Wrestling lead me into falling in love with weight lifting- mostly power lifting.
What’s your biggest accomplishment in Pro Wrestling?
Winning the Heart of SHIMMER Championship in Dallas, TX. Along with winning the Pro Wrestling Revolution Womens World Title and AWS Womens Championship a few months after.
How do you stay motivated?
Pro Wrestling is competitive and I'm always looking to get better and stronger. Each match is a learning experience that keeps me motivated.
Where do you draw inspiration from?
Music mostly. That, and watching old wrestling matches.
What are your current fitness goals?
To get stronger in my bench press, deadlift, and further in my wrestling career.

Hitting up Wes Feighner @BreaBarbellClub for workout and meal plans.
How’d you get into video games?
Through my father and his old TurboGrafX-16.
What are you playing right now?
Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind
What’s your favorite gaming memory?
Beating the Pokemon Champion after the Elite Four with only a Ponyta and a poisoned Blastoise. That and crying when Tidus had to leave Yuna at the end of Final Fantasy X.
How have video games effected your life?
I now work in a video game store and I live the life of a video game character through professional wrestling.
Do you find that video games have taught you lessons that translate into the fitness world?
Yes. It taught me to level up my own attributes and skills so that I can be stronger like my Skyrim and ESO characters.
What would you say to gamers that want to get fit?
Hire a coach or trainer to help you get started. It was the best thing I ever did for myself.
